Specialized Collections Bureau, Inc (SCB). was established in February 2015. Our main office is located in the beautiful San Diego County, Mission Valley area. We are a licensed and bonded California-based full-service collection agency servicing B2B (Business to Business), B2C (Business to Consumer), C2C (Consumer to Consumer) collections, and COD (Court-order debt/judgments) recovery and enforcement.
With over 30+ years in the collection industry, we are committed to offering professional and reliable services that help businesses efficiently manage their accounts receivable while maintaining a positive relationship with their clients.

Overall, our staff has a combined 35 years in debt collections and judgment recovery experience. The skip-tracing department is knowledgeable and have over 10 years of experience. We provide our team with resources & constant training on negotiation techniques that helps us leverage the facts behind each file.
Our skip-tracing department is knowledgeable, averaging over 10 years of experience with access to countless databases, private investigators, a network of attorneys, and much more to help make sure we leave no stone unturned.
The legal collection team is managed by an established and recognized expert in the Judgment Recovery industry with over 35 years of experience in finding hidden assets and collecting on court judgments. She has successfully acquired certification in Judgment Recovery Enforcement in over 21 states with the National Judgment Network and continue to be a sounding voice with State and Federal Regulatory Committees in relations to the debt collection industry.
